Dr. Melita N. Moore is a quadruple board certified physician and has served as a team physician for professional sports organizations including the NBA, WNBA, and NBA2K League. A recognized international leader in esports medicine, Dr. Moore advises global organizations such as the International Olympic Committee, World Health Organization, and UNESCO on the health and wellness of gamers and esports athletes.

In addition, Dr. Moore is the Vice President of the Board of the Global Esports Federation, Chair of the Health and Wellness Commission and Chair of the Coordination Commission for the 2026 Global Esports Games in Los Angeles, California.

She is the Managing Parrtner of KALM Consultancy, an Abu Dhabi based firm focused on esports athlete development and performance.
